2. What kinds of Customized Classes do you do?

Company's Coming offers three basic kinds of Customized Classes:

Team Building. Preparing and eating a meal together are a natural way for a work group to learn to interact better. Special exercises can be added to aid in the group integration. Classes can run half a day or longer.

Corporate. A cooking class provides a pleasurable experience for your clients or fellow workers. It's a refreshing break from another restaurant meal.

Party. There are lots of reasons to have a party class! You and your friends simply want to get together and enjoy each other while you prepare and share a meal (and have nothing to clean up!). Or it's time to celebrate some one's birthday, upcoming wedding or anniversary. Whatever the occasion, a party class at Company's Coming is sure to be remembered fondly by everyone whose there!

Whatever kind of Customized Class you select, it will be planned with the needs of everyone in your group in mind. The menu and accompanying beverages will be planned to insure that each person who attends comes away with a positive experience.

4. What kinds of foods can you do for a Customized Class?

There is a wide range of cuisines you and your group can chose from. In the area of American food we do a number of Southern and mid-Atlantic meals as well as new American flavors using seasonal foods. Other cuisines we offer include:

Italian - classes combine dishes from various regions or focus on a specific area such as Piedmont or Sicily.

French - you can decide to focus on a single region such as Provence or Burgundy or have a meal that melds together various French flavors.

Moroccan - foods here range from various mezes to tagines and couscous or even a delicious chicken and phyllo pie.

Australian - meat and fish specialties combined with great fresh produce make this a great choice for a group.

Spanish - several tapas and a dramatic paella make an excellent meal for your group.

Portuguese - a Portuguese seafood stew is a great center piece for a delicious meal when combined with seasonal salads.

Chilean - there's more to Chilean food than sea bass but that's also great. Classes can include great small plates and salads.

You can also decide to create a class around a series of small plates. Here you can bring together the world! Or your group might want to just create a couple of appetizers and dessert.

The choice is yours! We can work with you to come up with a menu that will exceed the expectations of your group!

5. We have some special food needs in our group. Can you create a class for us?

Absolutely. We have some special dietary requirements in our own family and we are used to making sure that everyone can enjoy the meal. We have done classes that are vegetarian and low fat as well as a class designed for celiac disease. Tell us what your needs are and let us design a class that works within your boundaries.
